Well, I had a run in with a slight health program about a week ago and then ran into a family emergency, so I had to put Insanity on hold. Now, I decided on Wednesday I am going to start a 90 day fitness program called ChaLEAN Extreme. It uses weights and resistance bands. It’s catch phrase is “Muscle burns fat!”
