Day 2 of Insanity completed. Today’s workout was Plyometric Cardio Circuit. I had to take a little break during the level 1 drills, ski abs, and in-and-out abs. Hopefully one day I’ll be able to go the full time. My arms are just a bit weaker than I’d like them to be, but I am working on it!
Gosh I have the same problems with my arm strength so those plank position exercises were killers! My arms just kept giving up but I pushed through! Pumped about day three!
