Today’s workout was Cardio Power and Resistance. I think this workout is my least favorite out of everything so far. I think it’s because I feel like I suck at the log jumps in the warmup. Then, I have to do the moving pushups on my knees because my upper body is still lacking. I feel hungry all the time too it seems. Anyway, looking forward to Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs tomorrow!
Meant to post earlier, but I got my workout done earlier than I had anticipated. Pretty nice because it gave me more time to do what I wanted later. Today’s workout was Cardio Power & Resistance. Still had to take a few breaks during the v-pushups and the moving pushups. Even so, I am getting stronger though. I think anyway. I did the workout using the X-box One’s fitness app again and I was able to beat the challenges. I also beat my own average score.
